Finnish Business Travel Association FBTA's Annual Spring Meeting
The Spring Meeting of the Finnish Business Travel Association will be held on Thursday 24.4.2024 Scandic Simonkenttä -hotel (Simonkatu 9, 00100 Helsinki).
The day will start with group meetings of buyer and partner members from 10:30 to 11:30, followed by a networking lunch. The main meeting programme starts at 12:30. At the statutory Spring Meeting, the business required by the Association's statutes for the Spring Meeting will be discussed.
Afternoon seminar programme The role of artificial intelligence in travel management produced by the AI Working Group of the FBTA Travel Management Committee. The programme will provide concrete examples of AI and machine learning tools that are already in use to facilitate travel management and streamline passengers' daily lives.

Members may also request other matters to be discussed at the meeting, which should be reported to the Executive Director sari.viljamaa(at)fbta.net by 14.4.2025.

Registration
One representative of a member organisation attends the Spring Meeting free of charge. The fee for additional representatives is €89 per person. Participant names can be changed free of charge, but cancellations after the number of participants has been confirmed at the venue (14 April) or no-shows will be charged the full participation fee.
