FBTA will open the new year with the traditional Hot Topic seminar on 19.1.2023, the professional day of the Travel Fair.A rich breakfast buffet with cheerful encounters will energise you and expert presentations will prepare you for the new working year!
The business travel environment is very different from before the pandemic. Even the most seasoned road warriors face congestion, delays, cancellations and exceptions, and increasing climate awareness will not make life easier for the commuter unless comparable information on the environmental impact of the journey is available to support decision-making.
In the first part of our Hot Topic seminar Heidi Alho, Corporate Risk Manager at Tietoevry Plc, takes a look at business travel risks: what they are and how to manage them. Heidi will be followed by a presentation by Resilience Coach Ulrika Björkstam, which in turn sheds light on where resilience to change and crisis comes from. How to identify and develop resilience resources and help to deal with change in your workplace?
Registration is open until Fri 13.1.2023 or until the event is full.
The price of the seminar is 99 €/person for FBTA members and 139 €/person for non-members. The price includes a rich buffet breakfast. Participant names can be changed free of charge, but after we have confirmed the number of participants with our service providers, we will charge the full registration fee for cancellations and no-shows after 13 January.
