BTN Europe: \u201dAnother change, coming into force from 25 February, will prevent eligible visitors without an ETA from boarding their transport to the UK\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers transiting through UK airports who go through UK border control will need an ETA, unless they are transiting via Heathrow or Manchester airports and do not go through UK border control.
