Camilla has broad experience from both sides of the negotiating table, working as a travel manager as well as for airlines and travel agencies in Norway. An update on our newly founded European association, BT4Europe: it’s up and running! 13 buyer-led business travel associations across Europe have joined forces to influence decision making on national, European and global levels in matters which affect business travel. Upcoming events
New Distribution Capability, NDC, is becoming a reality after 10 years of development. The new standard for airline distribution will without any doubt be a game changer in many ways. In April we offered a Nordic webinar on the background of NDC and the concerns travel buyers have, and on 19 May you’ll have a chance to hear airlines’ and TMCs’ views on the topic. Invitation to this Digital Meeting will be out soon.

GBTA Conference 2022
|
After many years in German destinations, the GBTA Europe Conference will take place in Brussels in early November. The first day, November 8th, will be fully dedicated to sustainability issues. More information will be available on the event website as the program develops further.

As for our own NBTS, planning is underway as we speak! Sponsoring opportunities will be communicated to all our supplier members soon, and we’ll also introduce something new: Call for proposals for the educational content.
