It’s been too long since the last Nordic Business Travel Summit and we are so very happy to see that you feel that way, too: the registration numbers are growing day by day, and it certainly looks like we will see many happy reunions and make valuable new connections in March!

In previous years, we have given out Nordic Business Travel Awards in different categories. This time we will concentrate on recognizing travel managers and/or buyers, who stand out. Rookie of the year? Most valuable team player? Best in class for category management? Early adapter of new tech? Skilled meetings manager? You name it!

Please use this opportunity to nominate your candidate for an award. Which travel buyer has in your opinion excelled in the job, and why? Let your voice be heard here. Deadline for submitting your suggestion is February 24th, and all our members are eligible for suggesting a winner.

Introducing: the Buyer Lounge

When going through the Summit program, did you notice that we’ll be introducing a new feature: a Buyer Lounge? This is scheduled for Tuesday morning March 21st and is a free-format mingling session, supported by SBTA Board members. A perfect opportunity for networking with your peers in a relaxed atmosphere!

Early Bird rate extended to Friday

We were unfortunately experiencing difficulties with our online payments just when the early bird rate was to expire. That is why we decided to extend the offer: the new cutoff date for early bird registration fee is now Friday, January 20th.
