FBTA Hot Topic seminar

The Business Travel Association's 30th anniversary year 2017 kicked off on 19 January with the traditional FBTA Hot Topic breakfast seminar on the morning of the Travel Fair's Trade Day with over 100 participants.
The new EU data protection regulation will enter into force in 2018, and one of the key issues of the reform is to safeguard the rights of individuals in digital services. The regulation will bring new requirements for both data controllers and processors. The Hot Topic seminar introduced the principles and concepts of the new regulation and focused on the rights and obligations of controllers, processors and data subjects from a travel management perspective. The expert speaker was lawyer Jaakko Lindgren, Dottir Law.
