Committees and working groups are a key asset for the FBTA. Their voluntary work is of paramount importance and of benefit to the membership.

The committees report on their activities at the association's autumn and spring meetings.

The general tasks of the committees:

• Monitor the market situation and developments in their area of responsibility
• Make proposals on priority areas for FBTA activities
• Draft reports and summaries on topical issues
• Participate in the planning and implementation of member events
• Promote FBTA's visibility and raise the profile of travel management
• Promote open debate and interaction
