FBTA webinar Update on business travel obligations

EY, together with the Finnish Business Travel Association, will organise a webinar on current obligations related to business travel on Thursday 22 October at 9.00-10.00.
The webinar will go through the obligations of the Posted Workers Directive, including the concept of equal pay and the circumstances in which a notification of a posted worker must be made. We will comment on the insurance obligations arising from business travel, including the need for A1 certificates. We also consider the immediate steps required of companies to meet their business travel obligations in different countries, as well as the issues relating to corporate and personal taxation in the context of business travel.
The webinar will also explore the EU Court of Justice's Schrems II ruling on the Privacy Shield and its impact on the transfer of travel data between the EU and the US.
