FBTA M&E Committee Christmas virtual event

Join us to catch up with the FBTA network and get into the Christmas spirit, led by the Meetings and Events Management Committee, on Tuesday 15.12. from 15.30 to 16.30 in MS Teams.

In the programme:

- Opening words of the event: Sari Viljamaa
- Exchange of hearings - discussion sessions: master of ceremonies Tommi Mannonen + elves
- Scandic will open a unique hotel experience in the Helsinki Railway Station building early this year. Hear the story of the historic building and take a virtual tour of the luxurious and relaxed Scandic Grand Central Helsinki.
- Christmas race - the best and fastest will be rewarded: race host Tuija Koreasalo

Equipment:

- a computer/laptop and preferably the possibility to keep the camera on at least during your presentation
- phone for competition
- nice and casual outfit - Christmas accessories a nice addition
- enough food to keep energy levels appropriate

When registering, we ask you to choose a few topics for a short talk, but you are free to speak on other topics during the discussion sessions. Of course, you can also participate by listening to others.

It is important for the meetings and events management committee to set a target for events. The aim of this event is to have a relaxed virtual get-together and exchange of ideas. A successful participatory experience is achieved when the participant finds that they have thrown away their everyday worries and hears the call of Christmas.

The event is free of charge for FBTA members. Register at by 10.12. A link to join Teams will be sent to those who register a few days before the event.
