BT4Europe, the voice of European business travel associations, conducted a survey among its member associations in April on corporate travel to the US following growing concern among employers and business travellers alike about the restrictions announced by the Trump administration. Concerns that were also mentioned in responses from FBTA members included the potential denial of entry, the risk of deportation and the wider impact on business. Although the rules on entry themselves have not been changed, they are being interpreted more strictly at the border, which can lead to further questioning, käännytys or, in the worst case, even detention.
