Welcome to the NBTS 2021 | Together Towards Tomorrow!

Finally it’s time for NBTS. The Summit will be broadcasted from a studio, with professional equipment and personnel supporting us.

We’ll be broadcasting from Clarion Hotel Sign, Stockholm on the 23rd and 24th of March and using technology to interact with you.

There will be breakout sessions in order to provide wider content, adding more choice. The breakout sessions will be recorded and made available to all attendees after the event. This way you won’t miss anything!

The goal of the event is to Inspire, Challenge and Inform – which is more important and relevant than ever before. We want to have a Nordic Touch to the content and the combination of ”e-networking”, information and possibility to exchange experiences with your colleagues in the industry makes NBTS a unique platform for knowledge and development!

Nordic Business Travel Summit 2020 – postponed to 2021

Update 10 March: #NBTS2020 will be moved – see you in Stockholm in March 2021

After careful consideration and lengthy deliberations with key stakeholders, we have decided to move this year’s NBTS to March 2021.

We will in the next few weeks contact all sponsors, speakers, panellists and delegates. Our hope and ambition is to find a way in which to make use of the resources already submitted from sponsors and others. Please allow some time for us to investigate a way forward – we will make sure to inform all on how we intend to make this work.

It is with heavy hearts that we send this message. We so much wanted to deliver #NBTS2020 and by doing that, show support for this industry. We have now reached a situation where we’re all stumbling down Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, rather than up – and focus must lie on making sure that employees and companies fare well.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this decision, don’t hesitate to contact any of us GM’s in the 4 Nordic Business Travel Associations.

Last, but not least, a big thank you to Clarion Sign for supporting our decision by being flexible.

A message from NBTS organizers: COVID-19

In these past days we have discussed with members, sponsors and speakers on the topic of NBTS. We still agree that unless the Swedish health authorities recommend against holding larger meetings, we will not be cancelling. The reasoning has its origin in respect and concern for an industry under extreme pressure and the need to address the situation. We’re working on raising the industry situation in a session during the Summit and will get back to registered participants with more information.

We are of course monitoring the situation on a daily basis, ready to amend our decision if necessary. We will obviously notify all concerned if any changes are made.

Needless to say, we ask those who have visited any of the contaminated regions, or met with people who have been there, not to attend the NBTS. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions on this.

Nordic Business Travel Summit 2018 : Designing Future Travel

Alkavan vuoden päätapahtuma FBTA:n toimintakalenterissa on maaliskuinen Nordic Business Travel Summit. Jo yhdettätoista kertaa järjestettävä koulutus- ja verkostoitumistapahtuma kokoaa Radisson Blu Seaside -hotelliin Helsinkiin yli 200 matkahallinnon ammattilaista 15. – 16.3.2018.

Vartavasten pohjoismaista kuulijakuntaa ajatellen räätälöity ohjelma kattaa monipuolisesti matkahallinnon ajankohtaiset teemat. Asiantuntijapuheenvuoroissa käsitellään niin nyky- kuin tulevaisuuden teknologiaa, matkapalvelujen jakelua, lainsäädäntöhankkeita – ylipäätään aiheita, joista on hyvä olla tietoinen voidakseen kohdata toimintaympäristössämme tapahtuvat muutokset luottavaisin mielin. Luentojen ja ryhmätyöskentelyn ohella tärkeä osa on myös vapaalla seurustelulla ja verkostoitumisella, joille on niinikään varattu hyvin aikaa.

Jos osallistut yhteen kansainväliseen ammattitapahtumaan 2018, pohjoismaisten liikematkayhdistysten yhdessä toteuttama NBTS tarjoaa oman jäsenkuntamme tarpeita varten räätälöidyn vaihtoehdon.

NBTS-rekisteröityminen on avattu. Toimi nopeasti, edullisempi Early Bird -hinta on voimassa vain 11.2. saakka.

Nordic Business Travel Summit 2018 : Designing Future Travel

Alkavan vuoden päätapahtuma FBTA:n toimintakalenterissa on maaliskuinen Nordic Business Travel Summit. Jo yhdettätoista kertaa järjestettävä koulutus- ja verkostoitumistapahtuma kokoaa Radisson Blu Seaside -hotelliin Helsinkiin yli 200 matkahallinnon ammattilaista 15. – 16.3.2018.

Vartavasten pohjoismaista kuulijakuntaa ajatellen räätälöity ohjelma kattaa monipuolisesti matkahallinnon ajankohtaiset teemat. Asiantuntijapuheenvuoroissa käsitellään niin nyky- kuin tulevaisuuden teknologiaa, matkapalvelujen jakelua, lainsäädäntöhankkeita – ylipäätään aiheita, joista on hyvä olla tietoinen voidakseen kohdata toimintaympäristössämme tapahtuvat muutokset luottavaisin mielin.
