FBTA Spring Meeting 2024

The Spring Meeting of the Finnish Business Travel Association will be held on Thursday 25.4.2024 Original Sokos Hotel President (Eteläinen Rautatiekatu 4, 00100 Helsinki).
The day will start with group meetings of buyer and partner members from 10:30 to 11:30, followed by a networking lunch. The main meeting programme starts at 12:30. At the statutory Spring Meeting, the business required by the Association's statutes for the Spring Meeting will be discussed.
The afternoon's professional programme will explore the results of the Amadeus Business Travel Trends 2024 survey. We will also hear from the Consular Affairs Unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Finavia, and an expert presentation on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and emissions reporting in business travel from PwC.

One representative of a member organisation attends the Spring Meeting free of charge. The fee for additional representatives is €89 per person. Participant names can be changed free of charge, but cancellations after the number of participants has been confirmed at the venue (16 April) or no-shows will be charged the full participation fee.
