Nordic webinar | Brexit happened – what do we know now?

12.1.2021 by Sari Viljamaa

The Nordic Business Travel Associations are happy to offer yet another excellent webinar:

Nordic webinar | Brexit happened – what do we know now?
Thursday, Feb 4th 2021 @ 14 – 15 CET / 15 – 16 Finnish time

After a painstakingly long process, Brexit is reality and Great Britain is no longer a member of the European Union. What will this mean for business travel now and in the near future? In this webinar, you will have insights from Sirpa Pietikäinen, who is Member of the European Parliament since 2008. She was Finland’s Minister of Environment from 1991 to 1995, and a Member of the Finnish Parliament from 1983 to 2003.

In addition to Sirpa Pietikäinen’s  presentation, we will hear about Brexit’s influence on travel from Tony Butterworth, Managing Director, UK for Newland Chase (a CIBT company) who will share information on current and upcoming changes. What will travel managers and travelers need to know and prepare for?

The webinar is free of charge and open to all members of DBTA, FBTA, NBTA and SBTA holding Premium membership. SBTA members holding Basic membership can join against a fee of SEK 350 excl VAT (25%). Non-members can join against a fee of SEK 750 excl VAT (25%). An invoice will be sent by SBTA.

Click here to register. The link for joining will be sent a day before the webinar.

E-see you soon, again!

Eurooppatiedotuksen infoa matkustuksesta Britanniaan 1.1.2021 jälkeen

8.1.2021 by Sari Viljamaa

Voit lukea näistä ja Eurooppatiedotuksen muista ohjeista lisää here.

Tietoa Brexitistä

14.10.2020 by Sari Viljamaa

FBTA-jäsenkyselyssä on toivottu tietoa Brexitin etenemisestä.

Eurooppatiedotuksen sivuilla on koko eroprosessin ajan ylläpidettävä infopaketti Brexitin edistymisestä hyvine linkkeineen. Myös matkustuksesta on oma osionsa. Löydät infopaketin here.
