Founded in 1984, the Finnish Business Travel Association is an organization for business travel buyers and suppliers, with the mission to enhance the understanding, knowledge and skills required in corporate travel and meetings management as well as procurement.

FBTA:n kevätkokous pohti lentoyhtiöiden NDC-jakelun kehityskulkuja

Suomen Liikematkayhdistys ry FBTA kokosi joukkonsa yhdistyksen kevätkokoustapahtumaan juuri vapun alla, 27. huhtikuuta 2023 Valion pääkonttorin auditorioon Helsingin Pitäjänmäessä. Tapahtuma alkoi partnerijäsenten ja ostajajäsenten ryhmätapaamisilla, jatkui sääntömääräisellä kevätkokouksella ja huipentui FBTA:n Matkahallintotoimikunnan laatimaan englanninkieliseen työohjelmaan. Siinä puitiin lentoyhtiöiden NDC-jakelun ajankohtaista kehitysvaihetta ja nykytilannetta.

Finnish Business Travel Association FBTA's Annual Spring Meeting

The Finnish Business Travel Association's spring meeting will be held in Thursday 27.4.2023 Valio Oy's head office auditorium in Pitäjänmäki (Meijeritie 6, 00370 Helsinki).

The day will start with group meetings of buyer and partner members from 10:30 to 11:30, followed by a networking lunch. The main meeting programme starts at 12:30. At the statutory Spring Meeting, the business required by the Association's statutes for the Spring Meeting will be discussed.

The afternoon's professional programme is produced by the FBTA's Travel Management Committee. The English-language programme will provide an overview of the different airlines' stage of development with regard to NDCs and hear where the different players in the business travel value chain stand in the distribution transformation.

Members may also request other matters to be discussed at the meeting, which should be reported to the Executive Director sari.viljamaa(at)fbta.net by 14.4.2023.

Please register for the different sections of the Spring Meeting by Wednesday 19 April.

One representative of a member organisation attends the Spring Meeting free of charge. The fee for additional representatives is €89 per person. Participant names can be changed free of charge, but cancellations after the number of participants has been confirmed at the venue (20 April) or no-shows will be charged the full participation fee.

Input instructions for Valio:

You can only get to Valio if you are in perfect health. You will receive a visitor's pass in the lobby of Valio's headquarters.

By A-train: 11 minutes from Helsinki city centre to Valimo station. Valio's offices are on the right-hand side of the track, with the nose facing the direction of the train. From the station it's a 2-3 minute walk, through the gate in the fence you can get directly to the head office.

by bus on the Vihdintie: walk about 5 minutes

With your own car: there is plenty of free parking in the courtyard for guests. If the car park is full, you can also park your car on the Meijerstrasse.
