FBTA Procurement Training Vol. 3: Measuring and developing partnership
The FBTA's much-wanted, well-received participant feedback procurement training series has progressed to the final round on Thursday 17 May. The theme of the opening of the three-part series was From tendering to partnership. The second part looked at the different procurement strategies for action as a guideline and the third part focuses on measuring and continuously improving the partnership.
Partnership always involves both opportunities and risks. The day will look at how partnerships are formed and the factors that contribute to building, measuring and developing good partnerships. As a concrete takeaway from the day, participants will have a set of tried and tested methods that everyone can apply in their own work in the future.
The coaching will take place in Hilton at the Fishing Pier and the day will be led by Tuuli Jakobsson. The programme includes both lecture and group work. The day will culminate in a talk by Finland's only professional explorer Patrick "Pata" Degerman on cooperation, trust and extreme conditions.
The cost of the training day including meals for representatives of FBTA member companies is €199 per person. The price for non-members is €299. For a good balance of participants, places will be allocated on a 50/50 basis between buyer and partner members. If demand exceeds supply, we reserve the right to limit the number of participants from the same company.
You can change your name free of charge, but for cancellations and/or no-shows after 14 May we will charge the full price of the course day.
